Attended the Art Institute of Indianapolis to achieve her bachelors of science in hospitality management. Before working at the hotel she started working at The Local Eatery and Pub in Westfield doing pantry and dessert. Soon after starting there, she excelled to fry cook, broil and then on to sauté. She worked at The Local Eatery and Pub for 2 years and then advanced on to working at the Lucas Oil Estate, as the executive pastry chef. While working at The Alexander, she was promoted to the Sous Chef of in room dining and back to Plat 99. She has been a part of Zoobalation, Taste of Elegance, Dig In, Corks and Forks, Chef’s Night Off, Girl Scout Cookie Cook Off, and also the Taste of the NFL dinner at Recess.

Hero: Anthony puma from Lucas oil estates because he's the one who gave the opportunities to be where I am today.

Favorite dish to eat: tacos.

Favorite dish to make: beef tongue stew.

Something always in the fridge or freezer: oranges and hot pockets
