Spoke & Steele, located at 123 S. Illinois St., is the seasonally-driven restaurant & bespoke cocktail bar located inside the Le Méridien Hotel indianapolis launches weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Executive Chef Tyson Peterson expertly balances one of the greatest food marriages—breakfast + lunch—by providing a variety of menu items that satisfy guests’ sweet and savory cravings, while General Manager and Beverage Director Tyler Burns creates inventive takes boozy brunch cocktails worthy of a morning pick-me-up.

Elevated spins on familiar classics include Amelia’s Brioche French Toast featuring locally sourced bread with orange butter, strawberry Danish dessert cream, and housemade bourbon syrup ($11); Pork Belly Eggs Benedict with poached egg and citrus hollandaise sauce ($15); Hashbrown Chilaquiles with house-made bacon, sunny-side egg, mozzarella, and roasted tomatillo sauce ($10); Bacon Mac ‘n Cheese with house-smoked bacon, local noodles, fresno chili, velvet cheese, and toasted panko ($5);Kale Caesar with baby kale, crispy shallots, parmesan, and housemade Caesar dressing ($9), and Yogurt with honey, berries, and housemade granola ($8). The Le Meridien’s signature Eclairs, topped with bright colors of ganache and artistic floral details, are also available for those with a sweet tooth.

Pair your morning or midafternoon meal with an extra kick, as Beverage Director & General Manager Tyler Burns rolls out brunch cocktails like the S&S Bloody Mary garnished with the restaurant’s signature charcuterie created by recently hired charcuterie chef George Turkette ($14); a Le Meridien signature sparkling cocktail—the Dragon Lily with champagne, Blanco tequila housemade tarragon agave gastrique, aromatic bitters, and mescal spritz ($12); or the Prichard’s Fudge Brownie cream liqueur ($7) which is a perfect complement to a morning Illy Italian Coffee.
