25th Annual Knox County Chili Cook-Off

The 25th Annual Knox County Chili Cook-Off will be held on Saturday, September 19 in downtown Vincennes on Patrick Henry Drive of the George Rogers Clark National Historical Park.  Chili cooks will prepare their best concoctions for judges to sample and award local competition prizes.  Spectators will also sample chili entries to determine the "Taster's Choice" prizes.  Chili cooks' rules and registration forms are available to download from the VTB's website under the Documents & Itineraries tab at the bottom of the home page.
