Join us for an afternoon of sharing and sampling new low carb recipes.

Chef Alexa, named One of the Top 10 Farm to Table Chefs in the USA, will cook complimentary meats. Some side dishes, desserts, and drinks will be provided by other co-sponsors. Attendees are encouraged to bring a favorite ketogenic way of eating friendly dish with recipe to share to this free event. However, this is not required. Over 20 health/wellness, food, and better living vendors will have interactive booths with shopping.
