Join us for a culinary expereince with Chef Doban Philipe from Granite City.  Chef Philipe will be demonstarting a three course meal, that will include plenty of cooking hint and tips.  Evening includes ample samplins with a beer or wine pairing for each of the three courses.  

Appetizer: Bruschetta Bites, paired with Batch 1000 Double IPA or Castle Rock's Pinot Grigio

Main Dish: Cajan Pasta, paired with The Bennie, Bock Beer or 7 Deadly Zins Zinfandel

Dessert: Creme Brulee, paired with The Northern Lager or Donati Unoaked Chardonnay
