Edible Indy presents Whiskey & Cheese hosted by Spoke & Steele
One Bourbon, one Whiskey and a bunch of cheese walk into a bar...
Join Edible Indy at the Classic yet Modern Spoke & Steele Restaurant (inside the Le Meridien Hotel), downtown Indianapolis on May 14 from 5pm-8pm to experience an evening of unique high-end craft bourbons and whiskeys paired with local big, round and flavorful artisan cheeses. Capriole Farms,Trader's Point Creamery,Tulip Tree Creamery and the new award winning Schnabeltier will be pairing these culinary classics and incorporating other local artisan delights such as Pure and Good nut butters, Best Chocolate in Town chocolates, Trader's Point Creamery Spun Honey, fruit and preserves to enhance and compliment your palate.
Tickets are limted to this event and will include a limited amount of VIP tickets including early entry, Edible Indy mason whiskey jars, and a one year subscription to central Indiana's only Farm-to-Fork James Beard winning publication, Edible Indy.
