glazed pork belly, ginger soy broth, papaya

Fourth Course — Cedar Planked Salmon w/ Peach Sparkling Sangria

smoked maple mustard, wheat berry risotto, winter vegetables

Fifth Course — Pasty Chef Pierre’s Dessert Table w/ Coffee, Espresso, & Cappucinos
