FCG Fall Canning Classes: Jelly & Marmalade!
Join us on December 13th for our fall canning workshop to explore: JELLIES & MARMALADES!
Master Preserver Joyce L. Moore and Bea Thomas will lead us through the best practices recommended for home canning today, with plenty of hands-on learning and finished jars of grape jelly and apple marmalade to take home, along with printed instruction booklets and recipes. Bring an apron and start stocking up for winter!

Admission: Pre-paid registration is required. The fee for this workshop is $30, and it covers all produce, supplies, printed materials, and instruction. You will take home one jar of each recipe prepared during the session, to start filling your pantry shelves!
