Get Cheesy with Goose the Market's Cheese Social | American Cheese Society Winners

Goose's head cheese monger and cheese buyer Katie (who has represented Goose at the last several American Cheese Society national conferences) leads the tasting with the stories behind the cheeses, how they were made, and what makes them special. She also selects charcuterie and accompaniments to go with each cheese...quite the smorgasbord tasting. And tickets include a glass of beer or wine from Goose's Enoteca menu, too.

Your ticket includes:

- hearty spread of five cheeses each paired with cured meats, accompaniments, and baguette

- one drink from the Enoteca beer or wine menu (additional drinks available a la carte)

- Goose's own moleskine-style notebook: take notes or doodle while enjoying your curds 'n whey
