  • Crispy Polenta: Wild mushroom ragout, charred tomato, mustard crème fraiche paired with Pinot Noir Coopersmith
  • Duck Breast – 5 spice, green lentils, baby turnip, cherry gastrique paired with Pinot Noir Meredith Vineyard
  • Cedar Planked Arctic Char: Chickpea falafel, smoked yogurt, eggplant, micro herbs paired with Pinot Noir Klopp Ranch
