Osteria by Fabio Viviani to Host “Flights and Bites” This Summer

Osteria by Fabio Viviani is excited to announce the launch of their recurring “Flights and 

Bites” event as a preview to dinner services, occurring weekly on Friday and Saturday starting Friday, July 8 until official dinner service begins this summer. 

Those interested are encouraged to make a reservation via OpenTable on the restaurant website, osteriacarmel.com. 

After opening for dine-in lunch services last March, Osteria by Fabio Viviani announces a new limited-time-recurring event, “Flights and Bites” as a preview for the launch of dinner services. Coinciding with their current lunch hours occurring Tuesday through Saturday, Osteria will open its bar and spacious patio on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. starting July 8. At “Flights and Bites” guests can savor warm summer nights, listen to music and enjoy small bites, cocktails, beer and wine. In addition to their current appetizer list, Osteria will pilot new small plates such as: 

• MEATBALL SLIDERS – Fabio’s Famous Meatballs, Pomodoro Sauce, Whipped Ricotta, Basil

• ITALIAN ROASTED PORK SLIDERS – Italian Roasted Pork Sliders – Chimichurri, Broccolini, Provolone, Pepperoncini, Parmesan Cheese

• CHARRED OCTOPUS – Tender Octopus, Nduja Vinaigrette, Fingerling Potatoes, Celery-Shallot Salad

• NDUJA MUSSELS –  Mussels, Nduja Vinaigrette, Grilled Bread, White Wine, Butter
