Solena Estate Dinner JANUARY SIGNATURE DINNER. Featuring Soléna Estate Wines With Anthony Van Nice, President Tuesday, January 19th at 6pm $95 per person (plus tax & gratuity) For our first Signature Dinner of 2016, we welcome Oregon's Soléna Estate's President, Anthony Van Nice to OAKLEYS bistro. Simon O'Grady of Crossroad Vintners has been working with Chef Oakley and Manager Chris Hopkins to select the wines to pair with the Reception and following four courses. The featured whites will include Soléna Estate Willamette Valley Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. The reds will feature two of Soléna Estate's award winning Pinot Noirs - Grande Cuvee and Hyland Vineyard.
