Spring Break Cooking Classes—Teens
If you are staying in town over Spring break, head to Market District for a cooking class where you can learn to make some exciting food that will "wow" your family! This knife skills and sauces class is a hands-on class for teens. Attendees will be taught how to hone their knife skills in a professional kitchen. Then they will make Chicken Cordon Blue with a bechamel sauce and grilled asparagus. For dessert, they will make chocolate souffle with Creme Anglais. Recommended for ages 13-17.
