Terlato Wine Dinner

As the "leading marketer of luxury wines" in the United States, Terlato Wines presents a wonderful portfolio for this December Signature Dinner.  Katherine Bill of Terlato & Brandi Popp of Monarch already have selected the wines for Chef Steve's signature courses.  They include:  Terlato Family Vineyards Pinot Grigio with the Reception passed hors d'oeuvres followed by M. Chapoutier la Ciboise luberon Blanc, Terlato-Chapoutier Shiraz/Viognier & side-by-side Terlato Angel's Peak & Cardinal's Peak with the next three courses leading into Chef's signature "Dessert Spoon"
