An exquisite evening of wines carefully selected to complement chef’s five course farm-to-table menu.
Enjoy an intimate candlelit dining experience in The Roost, our beautiful private event room perched above our pastures. Chef Canfield and our sommelier will guide guests through the pairings and dishes as you enjoy a seasonally-inspired wine and culinary experience on the farm!
Wines will be from Tamarack Cellars, an award-winning winery in Walla Walla, Washington. They have been awarded Wine and Spirits “Winery of the Year” and produced three consecutive Wine Spectator Top 100 wines made with fruit sourced from premier vineyards around the Columbia Valley.

Winter Squash | Ember-roasted hubbard squash, bitter winter greens, preserved citrus, pumpkin seed-rye granola streusel, yogurt  | Tamarack Chardonnay
Fish | Smoked lake trout, sorrel tapioca sabayon, sunchoke chips, whitefish roe  |  Tamarack Voignier
Lamb | Sausage-Deviled-Pâté, fried spice bread, kohlrabi, prunes, mustard  |  Tamarack ‘Spicebox’
Duck | Slow cooked, sprout kraut, creamed wild rice, pickled cherry  |  Tamarack Merlot
