Why We Love It: Guests rave about the food and the combination of flavors, but most importantly you can’t miss the coffee ceremony at the end of your meal. It’s a unique cultural experience in which Abyssinia staff brings out green coffee beans and roasts them in front of you while burning incense. They then brew the beans and serve the coffee from a clay pitcher into small cups.
