Carley Elk Farm

Why We Love It: Wanting to live independently off of the land, the Carley family first purchased elk in 2001 as a means of cultivating fresh game meat. Now, the Carley Elk Farm has a herd of over 70 elk and offers 10 different cuts of elk meat as well as an option to “Rent Your Own Elk!”
