Why We Love It: Pizzology is a craft pizzeria and pub with two locations in Indianapolis and Carmel. With a motto "pizza of principle", the ingredients on the menu are sourced from local farms dedicated to sustainable practises and better tasting food. Founded by one of the MidWest's top chefs, Neal Brown, the venture was inspired by the Slow Food movement and has won many accolades since opening in 2009. Wood roasted octopus, grilled watermelon, homemade sausage pizza and their signature rigatoni are some of the dishes designed to inspire and savor.
