Huber's Orchard, Winery & Vineyards has been family owned and operated in Starlight since 1843, and they’ve been making wine since 1978. In 2001, Huber's began producing brandies and Starlight Distillery was born. And thanks to the new Indiana state law, they added vodka and gin to their product line, and they’re also waiting on 80 barrels of bourbon and 30 barrels of rye whiskey to age.

Starlight Distillery’s Vodka is made from locally grown corn. It’s distilled seven times and produced in small batches.

Master distiller, Ted Huber, and his co-owner Greg Huber also developed several products produced by infusing their brandy and wines together. Those products include Blueberry Port, Raspberry Infusion, Peach Nectar, Apple and Pear Infusion.

Recently the distillery underwent a 10,000 square foot expansion that showcases the distillation process and educates visitors about the farm's rich history. Visitors can also talk with distillers and sample the spirits.

Huber’s Starlight Distillery is currently open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. you can buy their products directly from the distillery.
