Why We Love It: White Violet Center for Eco-Justice is a truly unique establishment. Started in 1996 by the sisters of St. Providence, the White Violet Center promotes the way of living that acknowledges the interdependence of all living things. The 343-acre certified organic farm is dedicated to promoting sustainability and justice on a local and a global scale. The center aims to teach leadership and education in the use of all natural resources.
