Jennifer Rubenstein is the publisher and co-owner of Edible Indy.  She is the head recipe creater in the Edible Indy Test Kitchen and loves bringing the Midwest comfort food to the table with a fresh and farm-to-table twist. She enjoys traveling, gardening and being a food advocate across her community.
