- 2 ounces Milagro Reposado
- 1 ounces Fig-Thyme Simple*
- ½ ounces lemon juice
- Dash Cardamom bitters
Pour all ingredients in tin, shake and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with orange swath.
*Fig Thyme Simple: Bring 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and 6 dried figs to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes, remove from heat and add 6 sprigs of thyme. Allow to cool completely. Remove thyme and figs and store in fridge.
