- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon flax or chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup of coffee or green tea
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1/2 teaspoon of almond butter
- 1 banana
Soak both the oats and cashews overnight to soften for blending. (These can be stored in the refigerator for up to 3 days).
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
*Cashews may be replaced with almonds or pistachios
**Coffee may be replaced with cashew, almond or hemp milk.
