When watermelon is in abundance, this is a great way to use it.
- 1 ounce cran-orange vanilla tea infused tequila
- 1 ounce orangecello
- 3 ounces of sweet and sour mix
- brown sugar
- dehydrated clementine
Tea infused tequila
In a jar add 2 cups of tequila with 2 tablespoons tea. Allow to sit for 15 minutes and strain removing all tea leaves.
Fill a shaker with ice, add tequila, orangecello and sweet and sour mix. Shake vigorously and set aside. Wet rim of glass with water or juice, rim glass with brown sugar. Add ice to glass and pour shaker ingredients into glass. Grate fresh nutmeg on the top of the drink and add fresh cranberries and garnish with a dehydrated clementine.
