Ingredients

- 3-4 thin slices of fennel
- Cliantro
- Ciabatta Roll
- Local Spicy Mustard
Preparation
Half ciabatta bread. Lather bread bottom with spicy mustard. Layer with cuban pork, pickled cabbage, cucumbers and fennel. Top with fresh cilantro. Enjoy with a cold beverage.
