- 1 ½ ounces Absolut Elyx
- ½ ounces Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin
- ¾ ounces brown sugar simple syrup
- 1 ounces local cider
- ½ ounces fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice
- 3 pieces Pear (thinly sliced)
Muddle pear with 2 cubes of ice. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing tin.
Add ice to mixing tin. Shake vigorously. Strain ½ of cocktail in chilled coupe and ½ of cocktail in Elyx carafe. Add ice to copper sidecar to chill carafe.
Garnish: Thyme Sprig, Pear Twist
