- 1 1/2oz ginger-peach tea infused Cardinal Spirits White Oak Whiskey (or other whiskey)
- 1/2oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2oz honey syrup
- Fresh Mint for garnish
Fill a tall collins glass with ice and top with ginger beer and a mint sprig
Ginger beer options are numerous - we like Barritt's and Q brands.
Honey syrup is just a 1:1:1 ratio of honey, sugar, and water. For example, use a saucepan and heat up 1/2 cup each of honey, table sugar, and water.
