Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Serving(s)
  • ½ avocado
  • Small handful of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seed
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup oat straw nettle infusion*

Instructions

Blend all ingredients except last until smooth.
* Boil one cup of water. Pour over 1 teaspoon nettles and 1 teaspoon oat straw per serving. Let cool overnight and serve cold.
