Fruit, Jam and Cheese Bread Bites

This is an appetizer that can be made for any season with any type of jam, jelly, fruit, nut and cheese. Get creative and wow your guests with unique flavors.

Ingredients

  • loaf of baguuette bread
  • jam of choice (recommended: quince, fig, apricot, strawberry basil)
  • soft spreadable cheese (recommended: goat cheese, caerphilly, gouda at room temperature)
  • fruit (recommended: dried apricots, pears, apples, cherries, figs, dates)
  • nuts (recommended: pecans, walnuts, pistachios)

Instructions

Slice bread into small rounds. Spread jam on bread. Place cheese on top of jam. Top with fruit of choice and nut of choice - devour and enjoy!
