Ingredients

  • 11 cups mixed cereal flakes (oats, rye, barley, spelt, etc.)
  • 1½ cups toasted coconut
  • 1½ cups seed mix (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
  • 6 ounces toasted vanilla almonds
  • 6 ounces dried bananas
  • 6 ounces dried sour cherries (or your favorite dried fruit)
  • Ground cinnamon to taste

Instructions

For toasting:

Toast coconut flakes for 5–8 minutes and almonds for 10–15 minutes at 300°F, monitoring closely. Once almonds are ready, mix with a teaspoon of vanilla to coat.

Mix all ingredients and store in a Weck jar for freshness, or any container with an airtight seal.
