- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 ounces of The Indiana Whiskey Company whiskey
- caramel and marshmallows or whipped cream, for topping
Add the cocoa, chocolate chips, sugar, and milk to a small saucepan. Heat over medium high, whisking constantly to dissolve the cocoa and melt the chips. Bring the hot chocolate to a steam--not a boil--then remove from heat.
Add The Indiana Whiskey Company whiskey, and divide the hot chocolate between two mugs. Top with caramel and whipped cream or marshmallows.
