Eating Local, Simplified.
- 1 1/2 cup Hotel Tango vodka
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cup peach rosemary shrub
- Club soda
- High ball glass
- Peach slice and rosemary sprig as garnish
Add vodka shrub and lemon juice into a small tin shake vigorously. Strain into a double rocks glass and top with soda. Add garnish.
