This lovely Makers Mark + red Zinfandel cocktail made its debut at Indy's famed Harry & Izzys. It's a nice twist on a old fashioned cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 parts Makers Mark 46
- 1 part Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)
- ½ part Demerara syrup
- Klinker Brick Red Zinfandel float
Preparation
Combine first three ingredients in shaker over ice. Shake hard and strain into a cold Martini glass. Float approximately ½ part of wine over a bar spoon into martini glass.
