Add all ingredients except for garnish to a shaker, then add ice. Shake well, then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
*To make rosemary simple syrup:
Combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and 4-5 rosemary sprigs in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool completely. Strain out the rosemary once the syrup has cooled.
