Fig, Peach and Cheese Crostinis
This appetizer is super easy and delicious. It is also a recipe anyone can make for a carry-in, a gourmet dinner party or even a Saturday afternoon picnic!
A great appetizer, snack or dessert for the fall.
Ingredients
- 1 large apple (recommended Honeycrisp)
- Nutbutter or raw honey
- sharp cheese (recommended white sharp)
- dark choclate bar to shave
Instructions
Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the apple in 8 round slices to resemble cookies. Spread a thin layer of desired nut butter, honey or chocolate spread on top of each slice. Top with cheese of choice, and sprinkle with shaved chocolate. Serve cold.
