Scorched Wine Sauce

Pair this sauce with Andrea's fresh, homemade pasta.

In a skillet, add the wine and the butter. Cook over medium heat. Keep mixing until the butter is melted. Add salt, pepper and cream. Add flour and use a whisk to combine. Stop cooking when the sauce becomes more dense.
