- ½ ounce Grapefruit Juice
- ½ ounce Aperol
- 3 muddled Basil Leaves
- 4 ounces Piper Sonoma Sparkling Brut
In a shaker, muddle basil, add ice, aperol and grapefruit juice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a grapefruit.
