- 2 oz Apricot Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Maple Simple Syrup**
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Cran-Orange Vanilla Tea–infused ice cube***
Fill beaker with ice, apricot bourbon, maple simple syrup and bitters. Stir quickly for about 20 seconds. In a rocks glass, place infused ice cube and strain cocktail into glass.
**Maple simple syrup: Boil 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1/4 cup water in a small pan for 3 minutes. Cool and refrigerate to thicken.
