Dillman Farm is a small 2nd and 3rd generation family business in Bloomington Indiana who manufactures Natural Fruit Spreads, Salsas, Mustards, Dressings, Organic and Reduced Sugar products that are free of corn syrups and preservatives. Our family prides itself on making our products the way your Grandparents and Great Grandparents would have made them, simple.  As an Organic and Kosher approved facility our products have as small an ingredient footprint as possible to insure the highest quality and standards.

Hardest thing in starting business? Getting financing to grow business. Distribution, it was easy to make our products but a challenge to economically distribute to retail store outlets.  Generational challenges with working in a family business.

Where do I see the business in 2020? Continued growth into more retail markets by offering high quality products consumers demand, stronger awareness of Dillman Farm through social media and retail outlets and continuing to transition to a stronger position in the “jelly” industry while staying close to our roots as a family business.

My go to meal? My meal starts off with a salad with Dillman Farm Red Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing. The main course is grilled salmon with our Smoky Chipotle Mustard with wild rice and steamed broccoli and a yeast roll with our Organic No Sugar Added Apple Butter Spread. Dessert is cheese cake with our Reduced Sugar Blueberry Spread.
