October 12, 2022 – 10 am to 12 pm

Join professional photographer, Jes Nijjer, as she takes you behind the lens when capturing professional headshots! There is a lot more to photography than the beautiful, finished image that many of us see. Getting your images to that point not only takes a creative eye and photographic expertise, but it also takes a photographer that knows how to connect with their subject. Jes will provide great tips and tricks on what to do behind the camera related to how to style people, how to pose people and how to make them feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. Being able to properly direct your client will help to create stunning images that both they and you are proud of. Whether you are the photographer or the client, this class will help to take your headshots to the next level.

Focus On Events & People Photography --BUY TICKETS

November 16, 2022– 10am to 12pm

As small business owners, there is nothing we love more than showing how people interact with our business and bringing people together to create community. Capturing photos and videos during events, classes, client interactions and more can help to showcase our brand and bring our websites and social media to life! But, there can be many considerations that go into taking pictures of people and how to utilize these images. What type of gear do you need to capture the best people photos? Do you need a model release, can you show a customer’s face on your website or social media, do you need a media pass or credentials to photograph certain events? This class will discuss event photography and how to work with people to make sure that your images look good and can be used to promote your business.

Martina Jackson and Meredith Reinker will discuss her approach to photographing events, how she prepares in advance and what types of things she takes into consideration when shooting and before posting her event images.

Ticket Cost

Tickets are $29 per class or $69 for a bundle of all three classes.
