Ali Maffucci

Ali Maffucci is the blogger and founder of Inspiralized.com, the healthy food blog dedicated to cooking creatively, healthfully and deliciously with the spiralizer, the kitchen tool that turns vegetables and fruits into noodles. In June of 2013, Ali quit her corporate job to pursue Inspiralized. Since then, Ali’s first cookbook was published, called Inspiralized and she launched her branded spiralizer called the Inspiralizer, now available for purchase on Inspiralized.com. She currently lives in Jersey City, NJ.
