C3 is a chef-driven craft cocktail bar and eatery in the heart of Bloomington, Indiana. Owned locally, this neighborhood spot serves hand-crafted drinks and seasonal cuisine. The cozy yet versatile space is perfect for a date night, drinks with friends on the patio, or for your next event.

Courtesy of C3, we have three original craft cocktails straight from their craft cocktail menu. These drinks may be a little more complicated than your average at-home creation… but trust us, it is worth it!

Located at 1505 S. Piazza Dr. Bloomington, IN 47401, C3 is open Mon – Thurs: 4 – 9pm and Fri – Sat: 4 – 10pm.

Frontiersman courtesy C3

1 ¼ ounces Buffalo Trace
¾ ounce Rittenhouse Rye
½ ounce Nola Coffee Liqueur
¼ ounce Grade B Maple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
Optional: Cherrywood smoke

Stir all ingredients together over ice for 30-45 seconds, strain into a glass.
For an *optional* professional touch: fill glass with Cherrywood smoke before pouring in drink

1 ½ ounces Habanero Infused Tequila*
½ ounce guava puree
½ ounce Agave syrup
½ ounce Dry Curacao
¾ ounce lime juice

Shake all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice for roughly 8-10 seconds. Strain contents over fresh ice in a salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with a Lime wedge

*Habanero Tequila: 2 Fresh Habaneros to 1 bottle of Blanco or Reposado Tequila. WEAR GLOVES!! Cut both peppers and place in glass container; seeds and all. Add whole bottle of tequila. Let sit on counter for 20 minutes. Strain out peppers and seeds with fine mesh strainer and toss. Put tequila back in bottle with a label showing it’s now spicy.

Painted Warrior

1 ½ ounces Gin (C3 uses London Dry)
½ ounce passionfruit syrup
½ ounce Velvet Falernum
½ ounce Sour Cherry Liqueur
¾ ounce lemon juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients, except for bitters, in shaking tin with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe-style glass with a fine mesh strainer. Dash bitters on top semi-forcibly and enjoy!
