Francine Spiering is a food writer, editor and recipe developer with a passion for travel and a kitchen diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She loves to cook and eat and venture out and about to discover first-hand where her food comes from. Having lived on four continents and traveled to 38 countries (and counting), Francine (a Dutch native) is a global citizen at heart.
