Why We Love It: The Roost is just a block off Indiana University campus and is dedicated to seasonal ingredients, infusion of international flavors and truly a farm-to-table experience. The interior is warm and full of unique interior design while providing you with a culinary experience. We highly recommend their fire roasted pizzas and wine pairings. This spot is one of our top favorites in central Indiana.
