They offer several classes each week or you can even schedule a private class for your small group. Not only do you learn how to make cheese, you get to take the cheese home that you make. Don’t want to meet in person, they also offer private Zoom pairing classes. They offer 10- 15 different cheese from mild to stinky, something for everyone. Although available nation-wide, you can find their products at the local farmers markets, you can purchase them during class and or find them at local specialty stores. They source their milk from Indiana farms and are known to give the great customer service. And we can't deny they are truly award winning cheese, right here in Indiana - They rival just about any cheese for grilled cheese, cheese board or just to eat with crackers.
