Black Pepper Beet Shrub

Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup peeled and boiled beets
  • 2 tablespoons whole black pepper

Instructions

Combine ingredients in airtight jar. Refrigerate for 3 days, then remove fruit and strain. Serve.
