Ingredients
- 2 cup Hotel Tango gin
- 3/4 cup blueberry lemon shrub
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 dash angostura bitters
- Muddled sprig of thyme
- Three blueberries on skewer
Instructions
In a small tin pour muddle the sprig of thyme, add bitters, lemon juice, gin, and shrub add ice and shake vigorously. Using tea strainer with hawthorne strainer (to catch ice chips and unwanted leaves of thyme) strain contents into chilled coupe glass. Add garnish
