Day 5 | Creamy Not-Egg Nog

For those of you who miss eggnog, this recipe definitely hits the spot! You may use any type of nut milk, however almond is a favorite for this recipe.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • ½ cup raw macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup soaked dates
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp. cardamom powder
  • ¼ ginger powder
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup (optional)
  • pinch sea salt

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until nuts are fully incorporated. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg if desired.
