Fill a shaker with ice and pour in all ingredients except Ruby Garden Party. Shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with Ruby Garden Party and a fresh squeezed lime.
*To make simple syrup
In a small saucepan over medium heat bring one cup of water, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 sliced jalapeño with seeds, and 2 tablespoons strawberry rhubarb jam. Stir until honey is dissolved. Heat for five minutes and remove from heat. Cool completely and strain mix into a glass jar. Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.
