Hotel Tango Summer Dreams Cocktail
The beach, the sand and tropical cocktails can be in your kitchen or patio anytime of the year with this lovely cocktail from our friends at Hotel Tango.
Lightly muddle mint in syrup in rocks glass. Add bourbon and lemon juice and pack glass full with crushed ice. Stir until chilled. Garnish with mint sprig.
*To make honey simple syrup: Add 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup water in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stir and simmer for five minutes. Allow to cool and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
